The 5k course will start on the park road near the parking lot and finish in the parking lot just off of Ramsdell. 

 

The first 1000 meters of the course will be on the road through the park. It will then cross 6 mile road and turn right into the woods trail loop. Participants will stay on the trail until it pops out on the asphalt path.  Take the path back toward the dirt parking lot and take a left back onto the grass trail before the parking lot and hug the tree line. Turn left at the intersection and head back into the woods trail. Follow this through the woods until the trail intersects with original outer trail and you will turn right on the trail backtracking the first mile of the course back to and finishing in the small parking lot where the race started.
